Susan Webster, PHR has over 15 years experience hiring and managing employees. She has been a small business owner of a retail store, a franchise field consultant and regional franchise manager, and is currently a consultant, trainer, and HR Director. Susan draws her experience from a variety of industries and fields from retail to property management, franchise stores, and daycare centers, to non-profit social service agencies.

A dynamic speaker and trainer, Susan’s approach is a mixture of common sense, humor, and a great deal of information. She holds a BS in Business Administration and is a certified Professional of Human Resources. Susan is a national member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the Chesapeake Human Resource Association (CHRA) and the Howard County Human Resource Society (HoCoHRS).
